You approve the exact slab
Before anything ships, you see the physical piece. We send photo and video of that specific slab, and a live call if you want to look at it together. Nothing goes out until you say yes.

Once you approve, we crate it, clear customs, and manage freight. It typically lands at your shop in 3 to 5 business days.

What does the landed price include?
Material, crating, duty, and freight to your shop, in one figure. The number you approve is what you pay for that shipment. No second invoice when it crosses the border.
Do I have to take the slab I was shown?
No. You see photo and video of that exact piece, and a live call if you want one. If it is not the slab, nothing ships. You are not committed until you say yes.
Can I quote a single slab?
Yes. One slab is enough to start. If you are buying volume, say so in the request and the specialist will price the lot.
Who clears customs?
oro does, with a licensed US customs broker. You do not file the entry or meet the truck at the border.
How fast does it arrive, and where?
Usually 3 to 5 business days after you approve the slab. We regularly deliver to Washington, California, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. Other states by request.
Do I need an account, and what are the terms?
No account is required to request a quote. Fabricators, architects, designers, and builders can ask for Net 30 or Net 60 once the account qualifies.
