Where do the slabs come from?
We source European porcelain, Italian marble, and Brazilian quartzite from Toronto stock. That import market often carries lots that are not sitting with local US suppliers.
Why source from Toronto?
Toronto is a large import market with more variation than most US suppliers: Italian marble, Brazilian quartzite, and European porcelain in lots you often will not find locally. Sourcing there also tends to land at a better cost, even after freight and duties, which is why the delivered price can beat buying the same class of material in the US.
Can I see the slab before it ships?
Yes. Before anything leaves Toronto we send high resolution photos and video of the exact slab. You approve that piece first.
What is included in the quote?
One delivered price: material, crating, duties, and freight to your shop. No surprise border fees when the slab arrives.
How do you keep the price honest?
We use software and automation for tracking, photos, quotes, and paperwork so fewer people touch each order. That cuts labor and mistakes. The slab quality stays the same. The landed cost stays in line with the work.
How long does delivery take?
